Purchases are shipped from our various warehouse in India by courier. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.

For Domestic ( Within India)  – 3 to 7 business days. ( By Courier)

For International ( Out Of India) : - 7-14 business days ( By Courier Sea Freight /By Air Freight as per delivery partner arrangement )

Terms & Conditions For Delivery

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. Arka botanicals takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Ark Botanicals is not responsible for any damages after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

For International shipping We ship all our products with all required documents. For International shipping inward country local customs law is applicable which may vary country to country. Any rejection by inward country customs law is considered as a force majeure situation and in that case Arka Botanicals will not be responsible for such situation. On receipt of products back from shipping partner, Arka botanicals will refund the amt to customer as per refund policy.

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

• Unopened item
• In-transit Damage during shipment/wrong item.

Unopened Item

Return unopened items within 7 days - for local & 14 days- for international from the invoice date/ receipt date for a full refund of original purchase price. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene concerns. However, we do offer replacements purely on a case by case basis and it is always our endeavor to help our customers to the best of our ability as the case may be.

www.arkabotanicals.com is not responsible for return shipping cost; any shipping & packaging charges & applied discount codes will NOT be refunded.

*Wholesale ( B to B) quantities are not eligible for this policy. For B to B ( Wholesale Business) separate terms and conditions will be mentioned as per our quotes.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Returns Policy

The genuine cases of damage, leakage, missing product(s), wrong delivery of product(s) will be taken into consideration.

Do not throw the damaged product or packing slip away! You will be asked to provide photographic proof of damage (or evidence of any missing items). Depending on the circumstances, you may be asked to file a claim with the appropriate shipping courier/ delivery partner to receive reimbursement for the damaged items. If you receive the wrong items by mistake, please leave the products unopened and contact customer service immediately.

In case of replacement the customer shall bring the same to our notice within 7 business days from the date of receiving the product(s) Then we process the fresh order within 7 business days after the product have been received and verified at our warehouse.

How Do I Make a Return?

Our Customer Care Specialists are available Monday–Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6.30:00 p.m. on all business days to assist you with this process. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer care specialist at  care@arkabotanicals.com.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. All return shipping cost for local & international will be borne by buyer only.

Refund Policy

Pls note return will be acceptable within 7- days for local & 14 - days for international from the day of delivery.

- If the order or the item(s) that cancelled have not been processed/shipped yet, the money will be refunded to you within 3 to 7 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

- In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been processed/ dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. Pls note the courier cost of returning product will be borne by you. As well as shipping & packaging charges paid by us shall be deducted from your refund.

• For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 3 – 7 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
